Do you accept walk-ins or is a reservation required?

Walk-ins are welcome as capacity allows! Reservations will be available Spring 2026.
When will my candle be ready?

Candles will be ready next day for pickup. We’ll hold you order for up to 30 days.
Is there space to host private parties?

Sorry! Due to limited space we are currently not accepting private parties.
What makes your candles clean compared to other candles?

Our candles are made with all-natural soy wax. All of our fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free.
Do I have to trim my candle wick?

For best results, keep cotton wicks trimmed to ¼ inch before every burn to minimize soot (black smoke). If the flame grows too large or flickers excessively, extinguish the candle, trim the wick to ¼ inch, and relight.
All “Pour Your Own Candle” custom candles are final sale and non-refundable, as each is uniquely created by you.
